One of Melbourne’s best coffee havens! These guys are coffee specialists and it shows! Come here for single origin of the day! Mine was a Colombian! Love the smooth silky latte and the kick of the Colombian beans. Pour over and syphon options are available. You can also grab yourself some equipment and beans while you’re there… From early morning the Mirage coffee machine works overtime!

The staff are friendly and busy! Lucien Kolff is the master here and oversees a serious coffee operation! Orders are taken and displayed for the barista on a computer screen such is the hectic demand. Toby’s Espresso Bar is a small establishment so seating options are limited. Still it’s pleasant pulling up a stool next to the pavement, or even slipping in to a table in the building next door.

Love the fact they use decent milk in their coffee. Love the limited but tasty food options including frittatas and macaroons.
