The Point Albert Park Lake is proud to host an exclusive dinner Friday April 12 2013, showcasing previous winners of The Age Good Food Guide, Young Chef of the Year award, 2003 - 2013. From Justin Wise to Daniel Wilson, George Calombaris to Adam D’Sylva, what happened to these bright young stars? Over an eight-course dinner matched to wine, this gala event will take guests on a culinary journey with some of Victoria’s most talented chefs.
 
The dinner will be facilitated by The Age Epicure Editor, Janne Apelgren, who will interview each chef about the impact this award had on their culinary careers at the time and how it continues to influence them today.
 
The menu features a specially crafted dish from each chef;
