All You Can eat Yum Cha - The Roving Marrow

Hatted restaurant in Carlton North The Roving Marrow will be launching Unlimited (all you can eat) Yum Cha on Sundays for eight weeks. 
For $55, Chef Hayden McMillian will be serving up an ever-changing array of spring-time delicacies from a rolling raw bar with oysters, tartare and ceviche to savoury pancakes, crispy pork and grilled Flinders Island lamb. Followed by a selection of cheeses and and all things sweet such as McMillian’s own version of trifle. 
The Roving Marrow’s signature trolleys and trays will be moving around the dining room, allowing guests to select dishes as they go by. 
To quench that Sunday thirst, there will be unlimited Mumm champagne, Bloody Marys and Gin and Teas (The Roving Marrow’s own version of the traditional gin & tonic cocktail mixing in their exclusive kombucha blend) for $35.
