NOTOBERFEST @ Arbory Bar & Eatery
We can think of a Wurst way to spend this weekend…
Arbory Bar and Eatery is one of the most trending outdoor bars in Melbourne right now – and it is yet to even experience a true Aussie summer.
Sitting right between Flinders Street Station and the Yarra, it is a popular venue to sit in the great outdoors, admire the water, and enjoy a cocktail and beautiful bar plates from Head Chef Nick Bennett.
Right now, Arbory Bar and Eatery is celebrating all that Melbourne loves about the arts with a 10 day festival sassily named Notoberfest.
Combining Melbourne’s favourite and most distinguished accomplishments: food, music and art; a five part geometric neon work of art by indigenous artist Reko is currently lighting up the north bank of the Yarra until October 26, 2015 in recognition of Notoberfest.
The general public are being treated to a programme of live music performances from musicians and artists including: Uptown Brown, Jordy Doust, Projectionists and more. Admiring the talent over Espresso Martinis and London Plane Collins on tap, plus tasty Spring morsels like Soft Shell Crab burgers and freshly shucked oysters.
And this weekend, Arbory will wrap up Notoberfest with two days of nitro charged beer and a Wurst Yoder Smoker cook off.
After hitting the Cheese festival, you will know where to find us…
Here’s to another epic weekend of Melbourne food, wine and art.
