Royal Croquet Club launches at Birrarung Marr
Summer has officially landed! Not only has the weather turned up a notch, but the Royal Croquet Club has opened its doors at Birrarung Marr for the next ten days. This is one of the most anticipated events on the Melbourne calendar and The World Loves Melbourne was invited along to the media launch.
Surrounded by Melbourne’s hottest food stalls, summer cocktails, cold beers, live music acts and a whole host of croquet lawns (perfect for a bit of friendly competition), we think it's definitely the best place to meet friends and unwind in the lead up to Christmas.
Food stalls at this year’s festival include much loved; Gazi, Bluebonnet BBQ, Mamasita, Tokyo Tina, Lady Carolina, Ruyi and Pidapipo gelateria. As well as live music from; Alpine, Nina Las Vegas, KLP, Running Touch and GRMM to name a few.
So it's time to dust off the mallets, crack open the Pimms and head to Melbourne’s ultimate riverside garden party. See you there!
