A highlight was showcasing the V-ZUG combi-steam oven on the night. The results of the high tech steam oven were spectacular; even with something as simple as a toasted sandwich which came with a fluffy texture and beautiful caramelisation rather than flat. You can spend time at the V-ZUG showroom and get to know these appliances over several hours.

The food was cooked to perfection and we found out that these chefs have V-ZUG in their homes - enough of a recommendation for me.
