LUCAS RESTAURANTS launches it's own delivery service

LUCAS RESTAURANTS comes bearing good news for Melburnians in lockdown, offering its own delivery service with the launch of ‘LUCAS RESTAURANTS Room Service’. Fans of some of our city’s most innovative restaurants including Chin Chin, Hawker Hall and Baby Pizza will be able to order direct to their door. And, for the first time ever, Kisumé – Australia’s best contemporary Japanese restaurants – will also be available for delivery.

“We don’t want to replace the traditional restaurant experience and ultimately wish to see people enjoying food in our beautiful venues when it’s safe to do so again. But as we find ourselves back in lockdown for a little longer, we have launched our own delivery service.

Adopting our own delivery service means we can have a fair flat fee, which means both our restaurants and our guests win. Supporting local business means we can keep our staff in jobs over this period of closure, especially for our highly skilled visa holders,” said Chris Lucas, CEO of LUCAS RESTAURANTS.

Helping make lockdown 2.0 a little easier, LUCAS RESTAURANTS Room Service is available to order seven days a week via www.lucas.online/room-service/, which is powered by DoorDash.

Delivery is available within four kilometres of the restaurant’s location for a flat fee of $5. Guests can check their delivery eligibility via the restaurant’s websites:

• Chin Chin CBD via www.chinchin.melbourne. Available daily from 4pm.

• Chin Chin Richmond via www.richmond.chinchin.melbourne. Available daily from 4pm.

• Kisumé Richmond via www.richmond.kisume.com.au. Available daily from 4pm.

• Hawker Hall via www.hawkerhall.com.au. Available daily from 4pm.

• Baby Pizza via www.babypizza.com.au. Available daily from 4pm.

• Kisumé CBD via www.kisume.com.au. Delivery available from Friday 31 July.

Just to sweeten the deal, LUCAS will also soon launch a loyalty program to reward those ordering direct.

Continuing its commitment to supporting the community, LUCAS is offering all healthcare workers 50 per cent off the bill* for direct pick-up orders made via phone or in-venue.

For Sydneysiders, Chin Chin Sydney is still open for bookings and walk-ins from 12pm on weekdays and 11am on weekends.
