Each year The Langham hosts a special dinner and I was privileged to be part of a media preview. This refreshing cocktail on arrival was a perfect start.
Table settings were a work of art.
Tasmanian oysters were fresh and flavorsome.
Tender melt in your mouth poached chicken.
Specialty Chinese dishes hit the high notes of skill, excellence and taste with impeccable Langham style and service.
We enjoyed a bevvy of Chinese New Year Celebration Dishes that were imaginative and sophisticated.
Whole fish was a triumph of taste and silky texture.
Kudos to The Langham chefs.

Desserts were spectacular, intricate and imaginative.
Egg custard tart was a showstopper.
