Ripponlea Food and Wine Celebrates 10 Years
We were thrilled to be invited to the Ripponlea Food & Wine 10 Year Anniversary Celebration!
Signature dishes were a highlight including delicious Potato Rosti, Turmeric & maple glazed cauliflower florets, Calamari with a hint of spice, Grilled chicken with parsnip puree and Madeira chicken jus, and the showstopper Lobster spaghetti aglio e olio, chilli & garlic, crispy caper pangrattato.
Sides are sensational including Brussels, parmesan emulsion, truffle honey, as well as Apple, cabbage, candied walnut & cos house salad. Not to mention Fries, pecorino, truffle mayo for extra decadence.
Stunning desserts included our choice of individual chocolate fondant or golden gaytime.
Kudos to Christo and Lisa for 10 amazing years celebrating one of Melbourne’s best (and most popular) fine dining restaurants. A restaurant that is usually packed (when others are empty) they exceed customer expectations. A luxe offering for the well heeled but also an approachable restaurant that warms the soul.
Always a great experience and service is some of the best around, including Sommelier taking us on an epic journey.
