Throughout the evening, we enjoyed a specially curated four-course dinner, expertly prepared by renowned Italian chef @guygrossi. Highlights included Antipasti (including @thatsamorecheese Fresh Mozzarella), Tortellini di Zucca (with burnt butter, sage and balsamic poured at the table), Risotto Carnaroli (with Colatura di Alci, prawns, and herbs), as well as decadent secondo of Capretto, Miele di castagno and Polenta.
