Chinese New Year at Melba at The Langham Melbourne
Chinese New Year premium dining and feasting at The Langham Melbourne is even bigger and better this year, featuring a curated selection of authentic Asian dishes by the hotel’s talented Executive Chef, Thomas Rappl.
We were invited to a media preview at Melba Restaurant and it was a memorable night of fine food (notably the Japanese Sushi Orange Roughy with black bean and braised leek and the Mrs Lim special marinated and crispy fried quail), culture (including live caligraphy) and exceptional @champagnetaittinger, @penfolds Bin 28 and @yileenapark Chardonnay.
Desserts were another highlight including a Mikan mandarin and yuzu curd tart and a Coconut, durian and crisp pancetta macaron.
