“The Dapper Guide to Vertical Melbourne" is a unique walking tour which will visit some of the 'vertical' gems within the Melbourne CBD which cater for dapper gentlemen. The tour, led by a knowledgeable local guide, will introduce this special group of dapper men to some of our retailers, makers and designers who cater to the distinguished man but do not necessarily have a street level presence. The tour starts off at Melbourne's only men's jewellery store Lord Coconut.
It is then led to a subterranean hat store which is nearly 100 years old City Hatters. Our next stop is one of the most unique buildings in Melbourne where we visit a bespoke shoe maker Brendan Dwyer, a bag manufacturer Mattt Bags and one of the best collections of Japanese designer wear in the world dot.COMME. We make a quick pit-stop at City Square wine bar La Vita Buona as they have teamed up with Laphroaig and will be showcasing the Islay Oyster as they are matching Laphroaig 10 year old with fresh oysters. Our final stop is a bespoke tailor Carl Nave.
