Fresh Fruit and Vegetables Delivery with Early 'N' Fresh
Recently we were sent a box of goodies from small boutique fruit & vegetables business Early 'N' Fresh, recently mentioned by Epicure at The Age. This company were supplying cafes and restaurants in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne and they got hit really hard with the closure of non essential services. In an effort to save their business and their employees who depend on them, they are now offering home deliveries of fresh fruit & vegetables to homes in Melbourne. Big point of difference - they deliver produce to order at reasonable prices not pre-made packages! For a next day delivery your order will need to be received by 10pm (that's generous!). They require a min $50 spend on a delivery which is fair enough. And amazingly there is NO charge for delivery! Ordering is easy on the website. I reckon it's a game changer.

The quality speaks for itself. We received a box of fresh fruit and vegetables delivered to our doorstep merely hours after it's picked up from the Melbourne Wholesale Market. You could even smell the freshness; something I hadn't experienced for a while. From first glance you can tell this is quality all the way. No wilting ot soggy or poor colour but vibrant fruit and vegetables. We even had Simon the owner deliver to our door in person (social distancing of course).
The produce came superbly packed in a large practical box. Each item was wrapped in plastic and featured, celery, lettuce, pears, oranges, zucchini, tomatoes, mushrooms, kiwi fruit, potatoes, carrots, apples, bananas, oranges, large pumpkin, broccoli, a punnet of strawberries.
You can see the quality. This is not a sponsored post other than they sent us a box of produce. But I am super impressed by their business model, service and price and quality. They lived up to their name delivering to ur eastern suburbs home early and fresh.
