Ordered Chaos Gin Event at QT Melbourne
QT Hotels has launched its own exclusive branded gin, Ordered Chaos Gin, in partnership with iconic Four Pillars Gin. We were invited to the launch dinner at QT Melbourne where "Ordered Chaos" was in play at every turn, featuring top notch entertainment, sensational gin cocktails, riotous flavour combinations, deconstructed dishes and highly smashable desserts. It was a case of “expect the unexpected” and having fun after lockdown.
Ordered Chaos Gin is the first ever branded gin from Four Pillars Gin, and is exclusive to QT Hotels. Enjoy it now on The Rooftop at QT Melbourne!
The gin was artfully created by the Four Pillars Team, then blended beautifully alongside Four Pillars signature botanicals by QT Hotels and Resorts' best bartenders. In making this gin, Four Pillars started with gentle aromas of spice and citrus, before the QT Team injected a colourful combination of fresh coconut milk, raw almonds, and bamboo leaves - a chaotic mix inspired by QT Life.
A highlight was the entertainment from MC Stu Gregor himself, co-founder of @fourpillarsgin and marketing guru, dressed as we’ve never seen him, channeling Captain Chaos. (Thinking Stu needs his own Netflix series or TV show).
The launch took place at stylish Pascale Bar and Grill in QT Melbourne, the first in a series of sensory events that guests can book into. The Ordered Chaos gin is available at QT Hotels and also online from the QT Cellar.
We were able to experience the exciting new gin Ordered Chaos, paired with 5 sumptuous courses by Executive Chef Paul Griffiths and team, with plenty of top notch "chaotic" entertainment as we dined.

Indulgent Black Berkshire Porchetta paired with Four Pillars Ordered Chaos Gin "Complimentary Rate" cocktail.
Rich and rewarding Macedon Ranges Duck Breast paired with Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin "Night Audit" cocktail.
Fabulous climax to the night with the smash hit Chocolate Ball revealing Coconut Mousse & Pistachio Gelato, as well as a Chocolate crumb.
