The 2022/2023 S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy is now open for entries from the next generation of Australian chefs, so now is the time to apply before April 30, with a generation of talent sharpening their knives in anticipation.
The S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy is a global initiative that aims to identify, promote, and celebrate young culinary talent to further incentivise professional development.
A major component of the Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Competition is to support a personal vision for the world of food, demonstrating how food can have a positive impact on society at large.
The 2022/2023 S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy awards are open to chefs under the age of 30 and applicants are required to submit a signature dish that communicates their personal vision, unique skills and creativity. The awards are open until 30 April 2022.
