Glenmorangie Whisky Class at Aria Bar & Lounge
Superb Whisky Masterclass at Aria Bar & Lounge at Langham Melbourne hosted by Dawn from iconic Glenmorangie single malt whisky.
Aria Bar & Lounge is a haven for whisky lovers including Highland whisky at its best with Glenmorangie.
We tasted four magnificent Glenmorangie whiskies including Glenmorangie 10 (floral and fruity), Glenmorangie Lasanta 12 years finished in Spanish Oloroso and PX Sherry Casks, Glenmorangie Quinta Rubin 14 years finished in Portuguese port casks, and Glenmorangie Nector D’Or finished in Sauternes casks (my favourite).
The chef from Langham Melbourne nailed the whisky food pairings.
Dawn spoke about each whisky, the Glenmorangie brand, and the strict rules of whisky from Scotland.
We ended with a fabulous innovative Golden Orchid cocktail, with Aria Bar & Lounge offering an exciting collection of whisky cocktails.
A fun night of conviviality, fine whisky and food, legendary Langham Melbourne hospitality, and education.
