Due to popular demand Prahran Market is holding it's Sausage Fest for the second year in a row! The World Loves Melbourne is not impartial to a decent snag. And these days the Aussie sausage is more gourmet than it once was!

Prahran Market will celebrate the good old-fashioned Aussie snag with its annual Sausage Fest held at the Prahran Market Blanco Kitchen just in time for Australia Day.
Famous barbecue extraordinaire Bob Hart will be on-hand to man the barbecue while Alice in Frames will warm up the crowd before voting commences. Each trader’s competing handmade sausage will be cooked up by Bob and tasted and voted on by the public in a blind taste format sure to get everyone’s mouth watering.

Time: Competition opens for tasting to the public and voting at midday.
