Saint Barry Adds More Healthier Menu Options in Surrey Hills

Enjoy modern healthier eating? Saint Barry is Surrey Hills has added more tasty dishes to its already healthier menu options. Since launching several months ago Saint Barry has been a hit with locals and eastern suburbs foodies. Open from Wednesdays to Sundays the eatery caters for both eat in and take away business. It's also perfect for events and celebrations due to its smart casual food, craft beers on tap and a killer design from award winning Adele Bates.

The Char Grilled Sardines with lentils is a compelling dish with larger sardines used, cooked perfectly on a rustic base of lentils and onion, with nuance of salad. Head Chef Spiros Valakas is a highly acclaimed chef ex Press Club and Hellenic Republic. Food at Saint Barry is casual dining with a delightful selection of gourmet burgers, sliders, grilled salmon, char grilled sardines and healthy fish and chips (yes its true) and gourmet salads and smaller dishes.

A recently added dish and high note is the Glazed Lamb Riblets! These are a melt in your mouth fall off the bone triumph. A nuance is in the glaze which adds a saucy tang to the dish. These are enjoyed with one of the compelling sides such as the Roasted Carrots or a gourmet salad for example.
