Taxi Kitchen's Epic Decades of Flavour Dinner

We enjoyed an epic and memorable Decades of Flavour Dinner at Melbourne’s iconic restaurant Taxi Kitchen in Federation Square.

The night featured a packed sold out restaurant imbibing a string of signature dishes and paired wines, all with a celebratory and convivial tone.

Kudos to Nerida McPherson in hosting the evening and for her fascinating interviews with Tony Twitchett and Michael Lambie about the history, the story and the amazing food of Taxi Kitchen.

Restaurants that consistently hit the mark in Melbourne over decades deserve accolades, and judging by the applause of diners, the future at Taxi Kitchen is bright.

It may seem like I’m waxing lyrical, but every dish hit the mark and it was hard to pick a favourite. Credit to the team for being able to produce such high quality food for such a large group of diners.

I’ve had many memorable dining experiences over the years at Taxi Kitchen and they’ve obviously struck a chord in the heart of Melbourne.
