Puff pastry with leek and goats cheese (excellent flavours and elegant)
Tempura enoki, black garlic dressing, pickled daikon (great seasonal dish, enjoyed the textures and moorish dressing)
Stracciatella, roasted fennel, carrot, orange (rewarding dish and love the fennel, carrot and orange for added flavour)
Flank steak, celeriac purée, cocktail onions (steak cooked to perfection with another killer sauce/purée)
Fighting Gully Road Sangiovese (top notch Beechworth)
Red baby cos, fermented grape dressing, almonds (a worthy dish in itself not just an accompaniment to the steak)
Hot chippies (crowd pleaser)
Chocolate Bundt Cake with Whisky Cream (perfect way to finish)
Henry Sugar is super impressive at every level and definitely a keeper. A foodies paradise.
