Escaping Melbourne Winter at 400 Gradi
The perfect way to escape a Melbourne winter is to visit 400 Gradi with authentic, tasty dishes that bring a slice of Italy. The 400 Gradi restaurant was pumping on a Thursday night, for our invited visit.
We started with excellent cocktails Rum-Tastic & Fresh Connection.
Then we imbibed fresh Calamari & the iconic Gradi pizza featuring Pizza In Bianco, Fior Di Latte, Cherry Tomatoes, Prosciutto Di parma 20 months D.O.P., Rocket and Shaved Parmesan.
We’ve had so many enjoyable experiences at various locations of 400 Gradi over the years, many of them featuring their award-winning pizza!
Not to mention, founder and head chef, Johnny Di Francesco holds the title of best pizza chef in Australia which he nabbed at the recent World Pizza Championship in Italy. What's even better is the award-winning Margherita pizza can be found on their extensive menu too.
For mains we enjoyed Linguine Frutti Di Mare (seafood pasta delight) and tasty Cotoletta Vitello, washed down with top notch Italian Nebbiolo.
Dessert game was also strong with first class Tiramisu and a fun Italian Pavlova.
Plus the service and hospitality was superb (take a bow Eva). Always a good time.
