Fresh Hand-Pulled Noodles at Bowltiful

Freshly pulled chewy noodles at Bowltiful for your slurping pleasure, was the name of the game, as we were invited to this noodle haven with stores in the Melbourne CBD and Box Hill.

Melt in your mouth beef, tasty broth and standout Lanzhou Lamian (pulled) noodles is the perfect combination for these cold winter days.

Order your noodles of choice. We went for both thicker and wider noodles, with experts in the kitchen pulling and stretching the fresh noodles until perfectly formed. I even had a go myself at stretching noodles (not sure I'd get a job there). Advertised as Halal friendly.

Lanzhou Beef Noodle Soup w homemade pickles (a Melbourne classic with tender beef and exceptional noodles)

Dry Noodles w Braised Beef Brisket (a favourite, with top notch brisket and love the dry noodles)

Spicy Beef Salad

Spicy Lamb Burger ( a unique and rewarding dish)

Hawthorne Tea x 2

Everything was delicious, with the noodles mains being the star of the show at an affordable price.

We visited the Box Hill restaurant but they are also in Swanston St & Elizabeth St Melbourne CBD
