Offering a boutique selection of the best farmhouse and artesian cheeses made in Australia and around the world, each cheese plate features three hand-selected cheese servings, inspired by owner and cheesemonger, Anthony Femia's @thecheesemonger travels around the globe.
Accompanied by air dried seasonal fruit, fresh honeycomb, fruit toast and crackers, we also enjoyed a wine pairing as part of a sensory experience. It needs to be said that Anthony offers a top notch wine offering - it's not an afterthought - but a tour de force. In fact several customers are devotees of Anthony's curated wine selections as much as they are regarding the cheese.
We also couldn’t resist the awesome cheese toasties. They are a must when you are in Prahran Market. Crisp on the outside and molten in the inside.
