Paddington High Tea: Reconnecting with the Brilliance of Langham
We spent an indulgent afternoon at The Langham Melbourne imbibing the delights of the new Paddington High Tea offering (on Sundays 4pm) and hearing about the latest exciting developments from the Langham Hospitality Group (including The Langham and Cordis Hotels).
We were invited to such a fun afternoon at Langham, another memorable experience from this iconic hotel. I even got a selfie with Paddington, who posed for photos and helped host us for the luxury High Tea.
The specially created Paddington menu was designed by the hotel’s Executive Pastry Chef, Markus Bohm and his brigade of expertly trained pastry chefs.
The High Tea features Paddington classics such as marmalade sandwich, suitcase-ginger and rose lamington, Paddington macaroons together with a selection of miniature sweet and savoury treats and freshly-baked scones with fresh cream and fruit preserves.
