From May 3, every Friday and Saturday night for six weeks, @nomu.saketen will be in residence at CBCB, serving Otsumami (Japanese tasting plate) with a selection of matched, small-batched, hand-crafted sakes they import from Japan.

We enjoyed a media preview imbibing the showstopper premium small batch sakes perfectly paired with the stunning vegan tasting plate. The pick for me was an aged sake (3 years) from Haginishiki but they all impressed.
