Exclusive Soirée with Nobu Matsuhisa at Crown Melbourne
We enjoyed an exclusive soirée to celebrate Chef Nobu’s return to Australia at Crown Melbourne's luxury event space, Horizon (on the 29th floor of Crown Towers).
It was an honour for Sam and I to meet Chef Nobu Matsuhisa and briefly chat, plus get a signed copy of one of his books. An icon in the industry and one of the greatest chefs and restaurateurs ever!
We enjoyed a luxe evening featuring handcrafted cocktails, live entertainment and world class culinary delights and signature canapés from chef stations, sakes from an exclusive Nobu sake station, whilst soaking in the stunning panoramic views.
The sushi sashimi, fresh oysters, lobster dumplings and other treats were extraordinary.
Chef Nobu’s fusions of Japanese sophistication and Peruvian flare are famous worldwide.
