MasterChef ALUMNI Restaurant at Crown Melbourne
The MasterChef experience has arrived at Crown Melbourne with the launch of ALUMNI Restaurant in the amazing Evergreen, a luxe setting with panoramic views.
We enjoyed a stunning launch dinner with signature dishes from super talented MasterChef Australia alumni Kishwar Chowdhury, Khang Ong, and Callum Hann, who will all feature in the coming months with each chef having a 3 week residency. A mystery 4th ALUMNI Chef will be announced on June 25.
Kicking off the ALUMNI kitchen is Kishwar Chowdhury with her reflection of Bangladeshi & regional Indian flavours, celebrating Australian & native produce.
It was an amazing night of MasterChef judges Andy Allen, Sofia Levin, Poh Ling Yeow, MasterChef alumni, other celebrities, media and influencers, as well as Crown Melbourne notaries, with the launch event hosted by Tristan MacManus.
