Paul Louis Launch at Kong BBQ

The World Loves Melbourne doesn't mind a drop or two of fizz. A mix of Melbourne’s finest indulged in a Korean-inspired menu while sipping on the new bubbles on the block – Paul Louis, this week. The launch of Paul Louis was located at Chris Lucas’ newest Melbourne hot spot Kong BBQ in Richmond. VIP guests enjoyed a variety of dishes including Mandu dumplings, Kingfish sashimi & Clam miso soup while seeing what all the French fuss was all about.
Our lady guests were greeted by their “dream man”, a cheeky but charming Mr. Paul Louis on arrival who
introduced them to the new and luxurious French bubbles brand.
Paul Louis is from the Loire Valley, located 10 minutes outside of Champagne. PL as it’s referred to is a creamier,
rounder product compared to other market sparkling’s. PL includes complex aromas of white fruits, blossom and
camomile – a delight for any palate with its fruity notes of peach and citrus fruits.
The World Loves Melbourne has been experiencing the creamy PL about town for a few months and has taken to this French bubbly.
To be tasted preferably between 6-8 degrees as an aperitif or to be shared with family and friends for any other
