The World Loves Melbourne has been able to secure The Big Group, Mixologist Matthew Broadbent's Nespresso Martini recipes from the Nespresso Boutique launch at Emporium Melbourne.
Nespresso Salted Caramel Martini
A fresh shot of Nespresso Livanto , shaken over ice with Absolute vodka and a dash of Kahlua Coffee Liqueur. Served in a small martini glass, rimmed with a fine mixture of salted caramel praline on the inside of the glass.
45mls Nespresso Livanto
30 mls absolut  vodka
30 mls kahlua
rim glass with fine mix of salted caramel praline(inside only)
shake all well over plenty of ice to chill and dilute, strain into small martini glass
Garnish with Gold dusted Nespresso N chocolate wafer

Nespresso Black Forest Martini
 
A fresh shot of Nespresso Decaf, shaken over ice with Absolute vodka, Kahlua Coffee and a dash of Marachino Cherry Liqueur. Garnished with a whole cherry.
45mls Nespresso Ristretto
30 mls absolut  vodka
10 mls kahlua
10 mls creme de cacao
10mls cherry liqueur
dash cherry bitters
shake all well over plenty of ice to chill and dilute, strain into small martini glass
garnish whole marachino cherry with stem on rim of glass, and shaved chocolate pieces
nespresso hazelnur martini
Nespresso Hazelnut Martini
 
A fresh shot of Nespresso Decaffeinato Intenso, shaken over ice with Absolute vanilla vodka, a dash of Frangelico nut liqueur, sugar syrup and a few drops of chocolate bitters. Garnished with a Gold dusted hazelnut attached to side of glass.
30mls frangelico
30mls vanilla vodka
45mls x Nespresso Decaffinato Intenso
15mls x sugar syrup
dash chocolate bitters
garnish gold dusted hazelnut stuck to side of glass with chocolate

Nespresso Choc Mint Martini
A fresh shot of Nespresso Ciocattino, shaken over ice with Creme de Cacao and Creme de Menthe. Garnished with a mint leaf and chocolate swirl.
45mls Nespresso Ciocattino
30 mls absolut  vodka
15 mls creme de menthe
15 mls creme de cacao
shake all well over plenty of ice to chill and dilute, strain into small martini glass
garnish mint leaf and swirled chocolate stick
