Guests enjoyed drinks at Club 23 with Rafa speaking about the Rafa Nadal Academy and his relationship with Cosentino, interviewed by Simon Honan, General Manager Victoria from Cosentino.
Then it was on to adjacent fine dining restaurant Silks in Crown Melbourne, where guests enjoyed a sumptuous Chinese style dinner with spectacular views of the Yarra River.
Silks delivers on sophisticated cuisine and professional service. The Stir-fried scallops and the Lightly battered King Prawns were delightful dishes. We enjoyed the company of top designers, builders, architects and media at our table.
Peking Duck in a thin pancake was a highlight; delicate and full of flavour.
Thanks to Simon, Andrea and Jackie for an amazing evening. And to Rafa and his team for being so delightful and accessible.
We were satiated with such an enjoyable and festive evening with Cosentino taking all before them. We are looking forward to watching Rafa at the Australian Open!
