Curtis Stone Events Australia, which opened in February 2020 just as Covid hit, has launched a range of spectacular gourmet boxes to make the grim reality of lockdown a little more bearable. Flavours of the Garden State presented with the cheeky personality of Michelin-starred chef Curtis Stone are now available – exclusively in Victoria.

Antipasto delights and food designed for grazing, sourced from the best regions of Victoria, are the stars of these decadent boxes. Fare such as Tarago River triple crème Brie and Njuda & white cheddar quiche will kick off the day or night. Mains like miso roasted Kingfish and Roaring Forties rack of lamb will dazzle alongside Panzanella salad, followed by decadent Chocolate Cremaux with hazelnut crumble to finish.
