Victoria by Farmer’s Daughters is launching Winter Saturday Sessions in collaboration with Starward Whisky. We were thrilled to experience a preview recently with the bespoke bottomless brunch offering kicking off in May.
Winter Saturday Sessions at Victoria by Farmer's Daughters feature bottomless Starward whiskey cocktails and a delicious winter-inspired menu that highlights the best of local producers. Chef Alejandro Saravia,as usual, is celebrating the produce, people and places of beautiful Victoria.
Think delicious Mount Zero Arancini, House crudites with chickpea vinaigrette, BBQ free range Barongarook pork belly, Roasted root vegetable pie, Artisan cured meats, Victorian farmhouse cheeses, Spud Sisters potato fries, and Caramelised Cuvée white chocolate doughnut. All the good things.
The dishes are served on a high tower that showcases the vibrancy of the produce.
Every Saturday from May 13 to July 29 there will be 2 sittings - 11.30am to 1.30pm and 2.30pm to 4.30pm.
Cocktails include a Whisky Dark and Stormy, a Smoky Maple Whisky and Cola, and a Lemon and Cherry Old Fashioned.
