Sushi Heaven at Kai Dining in South Yarra
Kai Dining is a Japanese fusion restaurant in South Yarra that shines with its standout artisinal sushi selections, bento boxes, rice bowls, sandos and matcha. We were invited to this vibrant hidden gem to experience their affordable sushi platters.
More specifically the Eat Like a Boss 3.0 sushi and sashimi platter was a revelation for $125 featuring high quality and delicious -

30 signature sushi rolls (3 selections)
A stellar dish to enjoy with friends. The presentation was next level and everything was fresh, with a delightful variety and high quality ingredients. A winner.

Takoyaki (rewarding octopus, reminded me of the streets of Tokyo)
Fries with Black Garlic Aioli (can't get enough)
Teriyaki Salmon Bento (looked like a popular lunch option)

Drinks also hit the spot featuring matcha and hojicha lattes.
This is a place not only for dining but for feasting. Something to mention is that the sauces here are top notch, adding to the dishes. Service was excellent. Highly recommended.
