Seafood Lunch at Pinchy’s Lobster & Champagne Bar

Pinchy's brings a touch of finery and celebration, known for it's famous lobster rolls, as well as Champagne and Chablis, enjoyed on a private balcony with a stylish interior. We were invited to sample the new menu dishes, along with Austins Wines.

Beetroot and Gin Cured Salmon - Homemade Flatbread, Beetroot Hummus, Pomegranate & Pink Pepper, Pistachio

Caesar Salad Tartlet  - Smoked Kingfish, White Anchovy, Baby Cos lettuce, Confit Garlic emulsion, Bacon, Parmesan

Tuna Tartare - Avocado mousse, Blood lime & yuzu Kosho, fried crouton (2 PCS)

Prawn Katsu - Crumbed Prawn, Betel leaf, Toragashi remoulade, Davidson plum gel

Swordfish Belly - Grilled swordfish, Shitake & Cos dashi, Pomegranate, Puffed rice

Lobster Truffle and 3 Cheese Corn Dog - Lobster Truffle Mornay, Vintage Cheddar, Mozzarella, Gruyere, & Fresh Truffles from King Valley

All of these dishes were impressive. They are smallish but rich and rewarding and we left with our hunger satisfied. Big fresh flavours using quality ingredients.

In terms of wines, you can order wine by the glass or order a bottle. One thing is for sure, you can go "big" here if the occasion demands. The perfect option for pre or post show or to celebrate a special occasion.
