The party spilled out onto the street and the balmy weather was perfect for the celebration. Desserts impressed including gelato from Zero Gradi.

Well done @johnny.di.francesco and his amazing team on the success and growth over 15 years. We remember when 400 Gradi first opened and it was a revolution at the time, particularly the advent of Neapolitan pizza. It seems others have followed behind.

Of course founder and head chef, Johnny Di Francesco holds the title of best pizza chef in Australia which he nabbed at the recent World Pizza Championship in Italy. What’s even better is the award-winning Margherita pizza can be found on their extensive menu too and we enjoyed some on the night.
