Celebrating the new groundbreaking Blanco Wolf Agave Gin Spirit at Patient Wolf with a masterclass at their distillery in Southbank.
Blanco Wolf Agave Gin Spirit is an exciting hybrid fusion of gin and tequila and is a progressive release from these Melbourne gin icons. 
Personally I loved Blanco Wolf Agave Gin Spirit neat with earthy flavours and floral and herbaceous nuances, but also this gin stands up superbly and shines in a Margarita or a Negroni or say in a Paloma. 
Drinks like a tequila, howls like a gin.
We enjoyed a sensational fun afternoon with influencers and the Patient Wolf team in learning to make cocktails like a pro using Blanco Wolf Agave Gin Spirit with Blake their masterful mixologist, including a hands on experience behind the bar with Blake guiding and coaching us.
We also heard from Dave Irwin one of the Owners/Founders of Patient Wolf on the history of the business and the background of this great new product including the double distillation process, while we enjoyed Mexican food and sampled the Blanco Wolf Agave Gin Spirit neat.
